Dyson V11™ Outsize Complete Cleaning Kit Bonus Gift – with any purchase of an eligible Dyson V11™ vacuum (as set out below) from 18 January 2021 until 26 February 2021 (while stocks last).
- Information on how to claim an offer forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
- Offer is open to residents of Australia.
- The offer commences on 18 January 2021 and ends on 26 February 2021 inclusive, or until stocks last, or until Dyson elects to end the offer (“Offer Period”). All claims must be received by 5.00pm AEST on 12 March 2021, unless stock is depleted at an earlier date or time, in which case, Dyson will honour claims in accordance with these Terms and Conditions until stock is depleted.
- To be eligible to claim, claimants must have purchased an eligible V11™ Outsize vacuum from a participating retailer during the Offer Period. Offer not available in connection with a Dyson V11™ vacuum redeemed under reward programs with the exception of Qantas Rewards Program.
- Offer applies to purchases of eligible Dyson V11™ Outsize vacuum at participating retailers. The claimant must complete the official claim form, attach a copy of the receipt and redeem online at discoverdyson.com.au/kit.
- Participating retailers are Appliances Online, Betta Home Living, Bing Lee, Bi-Rite, Costco, David Jones, Domayne, Kogan, The Good Guys, TVSN, Harvey Norman, JB Hi-Fi, Joyce Mayne, Myer, Retravision.
- The gift consists of a Dyson Complete cleaning kit, consisting of 3 Dyson tools to help clean hard-to-reach areas.
- Dyson reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Only one claim permitted per purchase.
- Please allow 60 days for delivery of gift.
- Gift is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
- Not available in conjunction with any other offer.
- Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Dyson excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotional offer, including any claim or offer that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Dyson) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Dyson.
