Terms and Conditions

Dyson V11 Dok™ Bonus Gift – with any purchase of an eligible Dyson V11™ vacuum (as set out below) from 23rd January 2020 until 8th March 2020 (while stocks last).

  1. Information on how to claim an offer forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Offer is open to residents of Australia.
  3. The offer commences on 23rd January 2020 and ends on 8th March 2020 inclusive, or until stocks last, or until Dyson elects to end the offer (“Offer Period”). All claims must be received by 5.00pm AEST on 18th March 2020, unless stock is depleted at an earlier date or time, in which case, Dyson will honour claims in accordance with these Terms and Conditions until stock is depleted.
  4. To be eligible to claim, claimants must have purchased an eligible Dyson V11™ vacuum from a participating retailer during the Offer Period. Eligible Dyson V11™ vacuums are: Dyson V11 Absolute and Dyson V11 Torque Drive vacuums. Offer not available in connection with a Dyson V11™ vacuum redeemed under reward programs with the exception of Qantas Rewards Program.
  5. Offer applies to purchases of eligible Dyson V11™ vacuum at participating retailers. The claimant must complete the official claim form, attach a copy of the receipt and redeem online at discoverdyson.com.au/Dok.
  6. Participating retailers are Appliances Online, Betta Home Living, Bing Lee, Bi-Rite, Costco, David Jones, Domayne, Kogan, The Good Guys, TVSN, Harvey Norman, JB Hi-Fi, Joyce Mayne, Myer, Radio Rentals, Retravision and Qantas.
  7. The gift consists of a Dyson V11 Dok™.
  8. Dyson reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim which is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Only one claim permitted per purchase.
  9. Please allow 60 days for delivery of gift.
  10. Gift is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
  11. Not available in conjunction with any other offer.
  12. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Dyson excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotional offer, including any claim or offer that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Dyson) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Dyson.
  13. Dyson may collect and use your personal information to provide you updates on our latest products and services, to analyse and research customer choices on products, to provide products and services you have requested (e.g. extended warranty, the Dyson guarantee) and for other purposes relating or incidental to warranty (e.g. warranty registration, product recalls) (“the Purposes”). To do so, Dyson may disclose your personal information to its related bodies, business partners or third parties for purposes such as web or data hosting. Some of the recipients are located overseas, including United States of America, Amsterdam and United Kingdom. If Dyson does not collect your personal information, then it may not be able to fulfill the Purposes. You may find out more details of our privacy policy at dyson.privacy.com or contact us at aucustomercare@dyson.com for any queries. Under the Australian Privacy Principles, before Dyson discloses personal information overseas, it will take such steps as are reasonable in the circumstances to ensure that the overseas recipient does not breach the Australian Privacy Principles. However, an individual may consent to such disclosure without this requirement. If you consent to Dyson disclosing your personal information to business partners or third parties overseas for the Purposes, please tick the Terms and Conditions acceptance box when submitting the form. Note: If you do not provide consent, then Dyson may not be able to fulfill the Purposes.
